The role requires a Level 3 qualification in childcare, at least 1 year of relevant experience in a good or outstanding setting, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with young children in a setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum
• Be outgoing, confident, flexible and have good communication within the team

Responsibilities

• Work with children aged 0-5 years
• Support nursery management to provide high quality day-to-day care and education
• Cover relief shifts to ensure staff-child ratios are maintained
