Job summary

YMCA Heart of England is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner - Level 3 to support children aged 0–5 in a welcoming EYFS setting. You will help create a warm, child-centred environment that promotes growth and development through play, observation and safeguarding best practices.

Experience with a 2-year-old group is preferred, and you will collaborate with staff, parents and external agencies to ensure every child receives the support they require while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of working in an EYFS setting.
• Ability to create an enabling, child-centred learning environment.
