Job summary

Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust seeks an enthusiastic nursery practitioner for Tinywoods Nursery in Oldbury. A Level 3 qualification in child care and education and at least one year of relevant experience are required to deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover, 37.5 hours per week during term time, with opportunities for CPD and career development across the MAT. The role requires an outgoing, flexible and communicative team player.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with young children in a good or outstanding setting.
• Hold a Level 3 (or above) qualification in child care and education.
• Ability to support nursery management in providing high quality day-to-day care and education.
