Job summary

Bright Horizons in Southfields, London, is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities that support children’s development towards key milestones. You will ensure a safe setting that encourages expression and curiosity, helping children form a love of learning.

You will work 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, while upholding EYFS principles and safeguarding standards in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2/3 Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/careers.
