Bright Horizons West Dulwich Nursery is seeking a part-time Early Years Practitioner to plan, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering development towards milestones.

You will create a safe environment for children to explore, express themselves, and develop a lifelong love of learning. The role requires Level 3+ EYFS qualification, safeguarding knowledge, and strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents/carers

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to progress milestones.
• Maintain a safe environment that fosters expression and a lifelong love of learning.
• Work with colleagues to support development and partnerships with families.
