Bright Horizons in Teddington is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and review engaging activities that support each child’s development toward key milestones. You will create a safe, welcoming environment where children can express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning.

The role requires a full and relevant Level 3+ Early Years qualification, passion for inclusive learning, a strong EYFS understanding, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to build trusted

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
