Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. in Highbury, London, is seeking a part-time Early Years Practitioner to plan and deliver engaging activities for your key children, fostering development and a love of learning.

You will work within a nurturing team, hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, ensure EYFS safeguarding, and build strong partnerships with families. Comprehensive benefits and DBS clearance are provided.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and foster a love of learning
• Support safeguarding and promote the welfare of children in line with policy
