Job summary

Bright Horizons Moortown is hiring an Early Years Practitioner to support children’s development through planned, engaging activities aligned with EYFS. You will create a safe space that encourages exploration, expression, and a lifelong love of learning.

The role requires a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, a strong understanding of safeguarding, and the ability to build trusting partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding understanding.
• Ability to build trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each of your key children to foster development.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning.
