Job summary

Bright Horizons Crawley Day Nursery and Preschool is hiring an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities aligned to each child's needs, fostering development toward key milestones. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning.

We require a full and relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification, a strong EYFS understanding, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to build trust

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers.
