Job summary

Unique School Solutions are recruiting passionate Early Years Practitioners to work within a welcoming nursery in Barnsley. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are Level 3 qualified in Early Years & Childcare and who are committed to supporting young children during the most important stages of their development.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
• Previous nursery/EYFS experience is desirable.
• Caring, positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• DBS on Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Supporting children aged 0–5 within nursery and EYFS settings.
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Delivering fun and creative activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Encouraging children’s social, emotional and educational development
• Building positive relationships with staff, parents, and children
• Supporting daily routines including play, mealtimes, and personal care
