Job summary

Unique School Solutions are recruiting passionate Early Years Practitioners to work within welcoming nursery and early years settings across Doncaster/South Yorkshire. This role offers flexible working opportunities and the chance to support children during crucial development stages.

Ideal candidates will have Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in Early Years/Childcare, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a caring, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
• Experience in nursery/EYFS desirable but not essential
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willing to apply

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Early Years & Childcare and who are committed to supporting young children during the most important stages of their development.

The Role:

• Supporting children aged 0–5 within nursery and EYFS settings.
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Delivering fun and creative activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Encouraging children’s social, emotional and educational development
• Building positive relationships with staff, parents, and children
• Supporting daily routines including play, mealtimes, and personal care

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
• Previous experience working within a nursery or EYFS setting is desirable but not essential.
• A caring, positive, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
