Academics are recruiting dedicated early years professionals with a Level 3 childcare qualification (CACHE Diploma, BTEC, NVQ, or Early Years Education apprenticeship) and Paediatric First Aid training to support welcoming nurseries and early years settings throughout Barnsley. These positions are available on a temporary, ongoing basis, with opportunities for long‑term and permanent placements for the right candidates.

As an Early Years Practitioner in Barnsley, you will support the development of children aged 0-5, helping to create a positive, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
You will contribute to the delivery of engaging EYFS activities, support children's learning and development, and ensure their wellbeing and safety throughout the day.
