Job summary

Pehla Qadam Childcare in Nottingham, NG7, invites applications for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our Baby Room. This permanent, all-year-round role focuses on warm, responsive care for babies, building strong relationships with families and supporting early learning.

You will work as part of a caring team, follow EYFS and safeguarding policies, and contribute to a nurturing environment where every child's wellbeing and development is prioritised.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience working with babies or very young children.
• Caring, patient and attentive to children's needs.
• Confident working as part of a team while also using their own initiative.
• Passionate about providing high standards of care and early years education.

Pehla Qadam Childcare is looking for a passionate and caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team and work within our Baby Room.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner who genuinely enjoys working with babies and wants to be part of a warm, nurturing nursery where children's individual needs, development and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

As a Baby Room Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and learning experiences for our youngest children.

You will:

• Provide warm, responsive and nurturing care to babies.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Support children's development through play, exploration and age-appropriate activities.
• Follow individual routines including feeding, sleeping and personal care.

• Reliable, professional and committed to safeguarding children's welfare.
• Able to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
