Bright Horizons Peckham Rye Day Nursery and Preschool seeks an Early Years Practitioner to plan and deliver engaging activities for children in Peckham, London. You will support development through reflective practice, ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment and strong parent partnerships.

The role requires a Level 2 Early Years qualification or higher, a passion for learning, and a solid understanding of EYFS and safeguarding. DBS checks apply.

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Peckham Rye Nursery, situated in Peckham, London.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
