Job summary

Bright Horizons Twickenham Meadway Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our 83-place setting in Twickenham. You will plan, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development toward key milestones.

You will create a safe environment that enables children to express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning, working with colleagues and parents in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.

Nursery: Bright Horizons Twickenham Meadway Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: From £31,158.40 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Hours: 40 hours, Monday-Friday

Location: Twickenham TW2 6PY

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Twickenham Meadway Day Nursery and Preschool. Our 83-place nursery is proudly Ofsted rated ‘Good’ and is set in a large open green area with Kneller Gardens and Crane Park on its doorstep, which makes it an ideal location for children to explore the outdoor natural environment! The nursery also features a specially designed adventure garden includes a role play cycle track, sand pit, shade sail, outdoor classroom, nature exploration garden and much more!

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
