Job summary

Bright Horizons Camberley is opening an 88-place nursery in Spring 2026, and we are seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support young children’s development. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, ensure a safe, inclusive environment, and partner with families to promote learning at every stage.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Ability to build trust and partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child’s key milestones.

Nursery – Bright Horizons Camberley Day Nursery and Pre School

Salary Level 3 – £27,009.60 - £27,823 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Salary Level 2 – £28,072 -£33,020 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for a Early Years Practitioner to join our new Camberley nursery, opening in Spring 2026. Bright Horizons Camberley will be an 88 place setting, with an expansive garden and forest school area, located just 10 minutes walk from the train station.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification

• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection

• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
