Job summary

Bright Horizons Epping Day Nursery and Preschool, in Essex, is recruiting an Early Years Practitioner for a full-time role. The nursery, rated Good by Ofsted, offers Forest School and intergenerational sessions, with 92 places and strong transport links.

You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, ensuring a safe space for expression and learning, and work closely with families and colleagues. The role emphasizes safeguarding and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.

Salary: Starting from £29,619 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Epping Day Nursery based within Essex, in the grounds of the St Margaret’s Hospital.

Our 92 place nursery is proudly rated as “Good” by Ofsted, and offers excellent facilities, as well as being a recognised Forest School and intergenerational sessions. We also has great transport links, having parking onsite, regular bus drops to the Hospital, and being walking distance from Epping Station on the Central Line.

The Role
