Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join its 63-place setting near Rugby Station, caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years. You will plan engaging activities, support development, and foster a love of learning in a safe, inclusive environment.
The role requires a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, strong EYFS understanding, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues and parents.

Salary – £28,080 - £29,203.20 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Hour – 40 Hours Per Week | Mon-Fri | Permanent

Its age based rooms are full of cosy reading corners, imagination stations, role play and fantastic resources with a beautiful outdoor space that children can access throughout the day!
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
