Job summary

A leading childcare organization in Camberley is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to foster children's development and create inclusive learning environments. The role involves planning activities and ensuring a safe environment for children. Nursery – Bright Horizons Camberley Day Nursery and Pre School

Salary Level 3 – £26,915 - £31,720 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Salary Level 2 – £25,896 - £26,728 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for a Early Years Practitioner to join our new Camberley nursery, opening in Spring 2026. Bright Horizons Camberley will be an 88 place setting, with an expansive garden and forest school area, located just 10 minutes walk from the train station.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
