Job summary

Bright Horizons Wokingham Day Nursery and Pre School in Wokingham is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to deliver engaging activities and support children's development in a warm, caring setting.

You will hold a Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification, create a safe learning environment, and collaborate closely with colleagues and parents to promote EYFS outcomes. The role offers flexible shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Salary

Level 3 £28,072 - £33,020.50 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Level 2 £27.009 - £27,823 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Wokingham Day Nursery, situated in Wokingham. This nursery offers free onsite parking, close to the train station and bus stop, monthly staff treats, team book club, lending library available for staff children.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
