Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is actively seeking Level 3 Nursery Nurses for nurseries and Early Years settings across Camden and North London. The roles offer full-time, long-term and flexible supply options with competitive PAYE rates.

You will support children aged 0-5, plan engaging EYFS activities, and foster development in communication, social and emotional areas while maintaining safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Warm, patient, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0-5 in a safe, nurturing EYFS environment.
• Plan and deliver fun, creative activities aligned with EYFS.
• Encourage language, social and emotional development through play-based learning.
• Support daily routines including meals, personal care and outdoor play.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Observe development and help children reach milestones.
• Ensure safeguarding, care and wellbeing standards.

Are you a passionate and caring Level 3 Nursery Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in children's early development? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic, dedicated and qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurses to join welcoming and supportive nursery and Early Years settings across Camden, North London. What will you be doing?

• Supporting children aged 0-5 years in a safe, nurturing and stimulating Early Years environment.
• Planning and delivering fun, creative and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Encouraging children's communication, language, social and emotional development through play-based learning.
• Supporting children with daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Observing children's development and helping them reach key learning milestones.
• Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, care and wellbeing.

What we're looking for?

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or an equivalent full and relevant qualification).
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
