Job summary

Complete Classroom Services Ltd in Dunstable is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support early years settings with ad hoc and long-term placements.

You will deliver EYFS-aligned activities, foster a safe, inclusive environment, and collaborate with colleagues to meet each child's needs and progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant childcare or early years course.
• Passionate about working with young children.
• Understand safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Demonstrate patience, creativity and excellent communication skills.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Complete Classroom Services is looking for enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Practitioners to support early years settings in Dunstable. With both ad hoc and long-term opportunities available, this is an excellent chance to find a role that suits your availability and career goals.

The Role

• Support children's learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.


• Help create a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for all children.


• Encourage children's communication, social skills, confidence and independence.


• Assist with planning and delivering activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.


• Work closely with colleagues to ensure children's individual needs are met and their progress is supported.

The Ideal Candidate

• Must hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant childcare or early years course.
