Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for full-time work in a UK setting. You will support learning through play, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and help children progress across EYFS milestones.

Ideal candidates hold Level 2 or 3 EY qualifications, have nursery experience, and can commit to Monday to Friday hours. DBS update service or willingness to apply is required.

Qualifications

  • Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable).
  • Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Caring, patient and passionate about early childhood development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on Update Service or willing to apply for one.

Responsibilities

  • Support children's learning and development through play-based activities.
  • Create a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.
  • Encourage children's social, emotional, and communication development.

Position: Early Years Practitioner

Hours: Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £14.25 - £17.50 per hour

Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to work within welcoming early years settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young children's learning, development, and wellbeing during their crucial early years.

We are looking for nurturing professionals who can help create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can thrive and achieve their developmental milestones.

The Role
  • Support children's learning and development through play-based activities

The Ideal Candidate
