Job summary

Monarch Education is seeking an experienced Nursery Practitioner for roles across Birmingham. The position offers daily supply to long-term placements with flexible start dates and a focus on EYFS standards.

You will support learning and development for children aged birth to 5, create engaging environments, and maintain learning journals. A recognised EY qualification and 12 months UK EY experience are required.

Qualifications

• A recognised Early Years qualification suitable for working within an Early Years setting
• At least 12 months' experience working within a UK Early Years setting
• Confidence supporting children from birth to 5 years old
• A sound understanding of the EYFS

Salary: GBP14.25 - GBP18 per hour

To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, candidates must:

• Hold a recognised Early Years qualification suitable for working within Early Years settings (if unsure whether your qualification meets requirements, please check: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/check-an-early-years-qualification)
• Have at least 12 months' experience working within a UK Early Years setting

Monarch Education is working with a range of nurseries and Early Years settings across Birmingham and is looking to recruit experienced Nursery Practitioners who are passionate about supporting young children's learning and development.

Whether you're looking for daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements or a route into a permanent role, we can offer flexibility to suit your availability.
