Job summary

Monarch Education is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to work with nurseries and early years settings in Tameside. The role offers flexible opportunities with various contracts including full-time, part-time, supply, and long-term placements, paying between £92.59 and £115 per day.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a nursery, preschool, childcare or early years setting.
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS Framework.
• An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• The right to work in the UK.

• Support EYFS activities and development through play-based learning.
• Observe, monitor and record children’s progress.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this Early Years Practitioner role in Tameside, you must have:

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, childcare or early years setting

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support children’s learning and development through play-based activities and positive interactions, helping them reach key developmental milestones.
