Job summary

Monarch Education is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support children's learning across a range of nurseries and early years settings in the UK. The role offers flexible opportunities from full-time to part-time, temporary and long-term positions, with support from dedicated consultants and CPD access.

You will work with experienced teams to deliver EYFS-based activities, foster safe and nurturing learning environments, and help children develop essential early skills across varied

Qualifications

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, childcare or early years setting
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• The right to work in the UK
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning

Responsibilities

• Supporting delivery of activities in line with the EYFS
• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development
• Observing, monitoring and recording children's progress

The Role
