Job summary

GLF Schools, Southgate Primary School in Crawley, is seeking a caring EYFS Learning Assistant (Level 2) to join our Early Years team. This role supports learning, development, and well-being through play, exploration and positive relationships.

You will work with our EYFS Leader to provide high-quality teaching and contribute to assessments, ensuring every child makes progress in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above required.
  • Level 2 Childcare qualification (Level 3 desirable).
  • Experience in an EYFS environment and safeguarding training are essential.

Responsibilities
