  • Act as a key worker, building positive relationships with children and families.
  • Encourage children's curiosity, independence, and social development through engaging learning experiences.
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Contribute to assessment and observations to help monitor and celebrate children's progress.
What We're Looking For

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have recent experience working within an EYFS setting and who are passionate about early childhood development.

Essential Requirements Include
  • A good general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
  • A Level 2 Childcare qualification (Level 3 desirable).
  • Experience of working within an EYFS environment.
  • A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and child development.
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
