Job summary

GLF Schools, in partnership with Springfield Primary School, is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to support children’s learning and development. The role emphasises inclusive practice, teamwork, and a nurturing environment within a cluster of GLF schools.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification, be passionate about early years education, and contribute to high standards of learning and wellbeing across the school community.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant, who will play a key role in supporting children to meet their educational needs, ensuring outstanding learning. This is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated and nurturing team. Please note, it is an essential requirement to be Level 3 qualified through a DFE approved training provider.

Start Date: ASAPPay Scale: Associate 3.1 FTE £25,877

Pro Rata Salary: £20,097.49 Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 3.30pm (32.5 hours a week)Term Time: 39 weeks per year (including INSET days).Closing Date: Monday 21st September at 9.30amInterview date: TBC
