Job summary

Bilborough Nursery School by Storal in Nottingham is seeking a part-time Nursery Assistant to work 15 hours per week (lunch cover) at Beechdale Road. You’ll plan activities, observe progress, and support personal care for children within the Storal curriculum, helping each child grow confidence and readiness for school.

The ideal candidate holds an Early Years qualification Level 2/3, experience in Early Years settings, and understands the EYFS framework.

Hours - Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week (lunch cover), this is an all year round position

How You’ll Spend Your Time Here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.

You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

We’d love to talk to you if you have the following

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous
