The Orchards Nursery School is looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing and highly skilled Level 6 Early Years Educator to lead our 2-year-old provision. This room has 15 children per session with a team of 3 staff.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional practitioner to take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of our 2-year-old room, creating a warm, stimulating and language-rich environment where every child feels safe, valued and ready to learn.
As Room Lead, you will work closely with the Nursery leadership team to ensure that children receive high-quality care and education that meets their individual needs. You will lead and support a team of Early Years practitioners, model excellent practice and ensure that the provision reflects the principles of the EYFS.
