Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Educator for our Yate location. You will provide high-quality education within a safe environment, following EYFS guidelines and supporting children’s growth and learning.

Qualifications

  • Must hold Level 3 Early Years qualification.

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers through open and effective communication.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety in every interaction and environment.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to positively shape the future of the children in our care.

Job description

We’re looking for Early Years Educators with experience in child development and committed to supporting children’s growth and learning based at our Yatenursery.

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, dedicated to ensuring consistent, high-quality education within a safe and secure environment within our nurseries.

About the role:

About you:

We're looking for Early Years Educators qualified to Level 3, who:

  • Have experience with child development and learning, and are committed to children’s emotional and intellectual growth
  • Communicates confidently, professionally and works collaboratively
  • Work in a way that is inclusive and creates a supportive, respectful environment
  • Are reflective and committed to professional growth

And a few nice to haves:

  • Paediatric First Aid certification
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs
  • Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software

*Subject to eligibility criteria
