Busy Bees Nurseries in Dickens Heath, West Midlands, is seeking a Nursery Practitioner Level 2 to join our leading UK nursery group. You will support the development of children in a warm, inclusive setting and contribute to the Bee Curious curriculum.

As a Full Time Early Years Educator, you will plan activities, foster vital partnerships with families as Key Person, and help track each child’s progress with observations and assessments. Opportunities for professional growth are available.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare
• Experience working with children under 5
• Empathy and understanding - each child is unique
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
