Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool Solihull Blythe is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the learning and development of young children. You will plan activities, create a safe, inclusive environment, and work as the Key Person to build strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children under 5.
• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
