Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5.
• Good communication, organisational skills, and ability to plan activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment by preparing materials and arranging rooms to encourage growth.
• Lead educational activities aligned with EYFS to support development.
• Adopt the Key Person approach, building strong family connections.
