Qualifications
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
- Experience working with children under 5.
- Empathy and understanding that each child is unique.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience as Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities for children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Take on the role of Key Person and build partnerships with families.
- Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
