Job summary

Realise is offering an Early Years Apprenticeship opportunity in Bracebridge. You will support children, help deliver EYFS activities, and work under experienced childcare professionals to gain hands-on skills while earning as you learn.

The role requires a strong interest in child development, good communication, and a willingness to follow guidelines and safeguarding practices. Training leads to Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship with 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Interest in working with children and developing skills
• Good work ethic and ability to communicate effectively with staff and children
• Comply with guidelines and policies, maintain confidentiality
• Willingness to complete on-the-job training and 20% off-the-job learning

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Help create engaging learning experiences.
• Learn to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Support children's daily routines, including mealtimes, sleep and personal care.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Complete apprenticeship training and assessments.
