Realise Training in Portsmouth is offering an Early Years Educator Apprenticeship. You’ll learn on the job while supporting children's development within a warm, nurturing setting.

You’ll spend 20% of your week in training and the rest gaining hands-on experience, with a view to completing the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. Salary is £320 per week, full-time, with a structured progression path.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education and experience working with children is preferred for a level 3 role.
• Ability to support children's development and routines.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate 20% of your week to training
• Help create a warm, fun, and safe space for children
• Engage children in play-based activities inspired by EYFS
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support children's developmental milestones and keep parents informed
• Assist with daily routines, maintaining safety and care standards
