Job summary

Realise Training is recruiting for an Early Years Educator Apprentice at Toad Hall Nursery Winnersh in Wokingham. You will gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship, with training delivered by Realise.

The role involves supporting qualified staff, learning high quality childcare practices, and contributing to observations and records under EYFS guidance. 40-hour week, full‑time apprenticeship with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• GCSE maths and English at 4/C grade or higher (or willing to complete functional skills).
• Willingness to undertake the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and evaluate activities for children from birth to five years.
• Care and education of children within a key person structure.
• Create a stimulating, inclusive environment with displays and resources.
