Realise Training is offering an Early Years Educator Apprentice position based in York (Bishopthorpe). You will learn while making a positive impact on children’s lives, with 20% of your week dedicated to training and the remainder to hands-on experience in a nurturing environment.

You’ll support play-based activities, help children develop, and build strong relationships with families while progressing through a Level 3 EY Educator apprenticeship over 14 months.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education and experience working with children is preferred for a level 3 role.

Responsibilities

• Learn on the job with 20% off-the-job training.
• Help create a warm, safe space for children to thrive.
• Engage children in EYFS play-based activities.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support developmental milestones and update parents.
