Job summary

Realise is offering an Early Years Apprenticeship opportunity in Bracebridge. You will support children, help deliver EYFS activities, and work under experienced childcare professionals to gain hands-on skills while earning as you learn.

The role requires a strong interest in child development, good communication, and a willingness to follow guidelines and safeguarding practices. Training leads to Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship with 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Modern Apprentices to join our You will gain hands-on experience alongside our experienced childcare professionals, developing the skills, confidence and knowledge needed for a successful career in Early Years - all while earning as you learn in a supportive and nurturing environment.

• Support children's daily routines, including mealtimes, sleep and personal care.
  You need to have at least a 4/C Grade or above

Health & social care level 3 - desirable Personal Qualities You should have a strong interest in working with children to help them develop and grow. You should demonstrate a good work ethic and be able to communicate effectively with the people around you, making sure that you treat both other staff and children with respect and care at all times. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day. You will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes:

• Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid
• Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
