Job summary

Realise Training in Haslemere is offering an Early Years Educator Apprenticeship at Toad Hall Nursery. You will gain hands-on experience while working toward a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, with on-the-job training provided by Realise.

The role focuses on learning through practical daily routines within a supportive team. The programme includes safeguarding, EYFS training, and a dedicated training provider.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships with staff and children.
• Respect for confidential information and safeguarding policies.
• Willingness to learn and follow nursery guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and evaluate activities for children from birth to ~5 years.
• Provide care and education within a key person structure.
• Ensure a stimulating environment and display resources.
• Support daily, weekly and monthly nursery checks.
• Safeguard and promote welfare of children at all times.
• Work in line with EYFS Statutory Framework.
• Support qualified staff with daily routines.
• Learn practical nursery skills on the job.
