Job summary

Willow Tree Nursery is seeking an Early Years Educator to join our caring team. You will implement the Storal curriculum and engage with children during daily rituals, meals, and transitions to foster development and safety.

You will build strong, supportive relationships with children and families, ensuring every child feels valued and inspired to learn in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Early Years qualification (Level 2/3 or above)
• Experience with EYFS framework
• Good communication with children and families

Responsibilities

• Apply the Storal curriculum and pedagogy daily with the children
• Identify learning opportunities during routines like meals and transitions
• Build relationships with children and families through meaningful interactions

Job description

Nursery: Willow Tree Nursery School Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, Permanent
Salary: Up to £13.30 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience) Benefits: Performance related bonus, 50% childcare discount, wellness day and much much more

About the role:

As an Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily

• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions

• Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

About you:

• A true love for child development and care

• Able and willing to work in a team

• Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents

• High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity

• Knowledge of the EYFS framework

Must haves:

• Early Years qualification, Level 2, Level 3 or above

• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
