Job summary

Willow Tree London, part of the Storal group, is hiring a Nursery Practitioner to keep children safe, loved and inspired to learn. You will apply the Storal curriculum and engage in daily learning opportunities during routines, meals and transitions, while bonding with children and families to support development.

The role requires Early Years qualification at Level 3, teamwork, and strong communication skills to collaborate with staff and parents. A nurturing, empathetic approach is essential.

• High levels of care and empathy for learning opportunities.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Apply the Storal curriculum and pedagogy daily.

Nursery: Willow Tree London, E17 9AA

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week

Salary: Up to £15.21 per hour based on qualification and experience

About the role:

As a Nursery Practitioner you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
• Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

About you:

• A true love for child development and care
• Able and willing to work in a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
• High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework

Must haves:

• Early Years qualification at Level 3
• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
