Storal Learning Ltd. in Manchester's Alexandra Park nursery is seeking an Early Years Lead to safeguard, inspire, and support children's learning.

You will apply the Storal curriculum, lead daily activities, and engage families to create a nurturing environment that empowers children to grow with confidence. The role requires EYFS Level 3+ and QTS, plus experience with all EY age groups, strong teamwork, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Must have Early Years qualification Level 3 or above.
• Qualify with QTS.
• Experience working with all age groups in Early Years.

Responsabilités

• Apply the Storal curriculum and pedagogy daily.
• Seek learning opportunities in everyday routines (mealtimes, transitions).
• Bond with children and families through meaningful moments.

Hours:Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Salary:up to£14.90 per hour

About the role:

As an Early Years Lead you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily

• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions

• Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

About you:

• A true love for child development and care

• Able and willing to work in a team

• Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents

• High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity

• Knowledge of the EYFS framework

Must haves:

• Early Years qualification at Level 3and above

• QTS

• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
