Job summary

Willow Tree Nursery School, part of Storal, seeks an Early Years Educator to inspire safe, loved, and curious learners. You will implement the Storal curriculum daily, identify learning moments in everyday routines, and connect with families to support each child’s growth.

The role emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and strong communication with managers and parents, building a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Early Years qualification Level 2, 3 or higher.
• Experience with all age groups in Early Years.
• Experience with children with SEND desirable.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with management and families.

Responsibilities

• Applying the Storal curriculum and pedagogy daily.
• Seeking learning opportunities in routines such as meals and transitions.

Salary: Up to £27,770 annual salary (dependent on qualifications and experience)

About The Role

As an Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
• Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

About You

• A true love for child development and care
• Able and willing to work in a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
• High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework

Must haves:

• Early Years qualification, Level 2, Level 3 or above
• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
• Experience working with children with SEND is desirable
