Job summary

Wise Owls Childcare is seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to join Farm View Day Nursery in Spencers Wood. You will support learning, development and wellbeing in a nurturing, child-centred setting for ages 8 weeks to 5 years.

You will build relationships with children, families and colleagues, act as Key Person, plan engaging EYFS activities, and monitor progress with accurate learning journeys. Safeguarding is a core responsibility.

Qualifications

• Qualified Early Years Educator or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is desirable.
• Proven ability to build trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsibilities

Wise Owls Childcare is looking for a qualified, caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team at Farm View Day Nursery in Spencers Wood. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a nurturing, child-centred environment, supporting children aged 8 weeks to 5 years as they learn, develop and thrive.

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality care and education.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Acting as a Key Person for a group of children, ensuring their individual needs are understood and supported.
• Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
