Job summary

Wise Owls Ltd in Spencers Wood is seeking a dynamic Room Manager to lead a busy early years room at Farm View Day Nursery. You will inspire a fantastic team, build strong relationships with families, and design a playful EYFS-aligned curriculum.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare.

The Details

Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).

Shifts: Flexible rotas between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.

Location: Wise Owls at Farm View Day Nursery, Loddon Court Farm, Spencers Wood, RG7 1HT.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare.

Expertise: Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Leadership: Previous experience leading a team in an early years setting.

Bonus points if you hold a current First Aid certificate!
