As an Early Years Educator at Wise Owls, you will play a vital role in shaping children's learning, development and wellbeing during the most important years of their lives. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to plan and deliver engaging activities, support children's learning through play, carry out observations, build positive relationships with families and create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. You'll spend time outdoors every day, encourage children's independence, promote positive behaviour and ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding and education are maintained at all times.
Alongside supporting children's learning and development, you'll be expected to maintain high standards across the nursery, including keeping learning environments organised and inviting, supporting personal care routines, recording children's progress and wellbeing, preparing resources and ensuring excellent hygiene and safety practices are followed. This role requires energy, professionalism, initiative and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
