Wise Owls Childcare in the tranquil countryside near Spencers Wood is seeking a passionate Room Manager to lead one of our rooms and inspire a dedicated team.

You will design and deliver a playful early years curriculum, deepen EYFS knowledge, and celebrate each child's milestones. A strong leader who cares about families will thrive here, with funded training and competitive pay as a key part of the package.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS.
• Previous experience leading a team in an early years setting.
